The construction and real estate industries are often associated with long working hours. Could you share how your company is working to improve work-life balance and working practices?

Our philosophy is centered on the idea of “advancing work efficiently and minimizing overtime to the utmost extent.” We promote work style reform through initiatives such as active utilization of outsourcing and by an automatic PC shutdown system after regular working hours.

Could you please explain your performance evaluation system?

Our performance evaluations are based on a clearly defined promotion framework that specifies the requirements for each rank and position.
After joining the company, employees set their goals around meeting the criteria outlined in this framework to advance their careers.

What kind of candidates are you looking for?

We are looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

Could you describe the working environment and support systems available for female employees?

We have established various systems that make it easier to balance work and childcare, including a Childcare Leave System and a Shorter Working Hours System for childcare.
When it comes to career advancement, there is no discrimination between men and women; opportunities are equal, and we have many successful female managers.

How are initial job assignments determined?

We determine job assignments by taking into consideration the individual’s preferences, place of residence, and aptitude. (I-Turn and U-Turn applicants are welcome.)

October: Official Offer Acceptance Ceremony
January: Cross-Talk Session with Senior Employees
February: Pre-Employment Orientation
April: Welcome to the Company!

What kind of preparation or studies should I undertake before joining the company?

For those interested in joining the Sales Division, we recommend studying toward the Real Estate Transaction Specialist certification.
For those aiming to join a Technical Division, it is beneficial to prepare for qualifications such as Architect or Construction Management Engineer.

Could you tell us about your holidays and leave system?

In principle, employees have days off on Wednesdays and either Saturdays or Sundays.
*Note: Employees in the Construction Management and Design departments have weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
