JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Construction Manager

This role is central to our home building process, managing the safety, quality, progress, and budget of every residential construction project.
It is a highly responsible position that plays a critical part in ensuring the safety of on-site staff and the consistent quality of the homes we build.

Sales Professional

Our responsibilities include collecting land information, market research, business planning (such as floor plan development), and sales management.
This role involves planning effective sales strategies with real estate agents to sell the homes built on the land you acquired.

Architectural Design Professional

This is a pivotal role in home building, focusing on the planning and architectural design of our detached houses. Your mission is to maximize the potential of the land and finalize the blueprints through close collaboration with partner design firms.
It is a job that brings immense responsibility and tangible results, as a single drawing you create determines the overall quality of the project.
